ELECTIONS & APPOITNMENTS
A Nominating Committee—appointed by the President before the September Board meeting—prepares the annual slate of candidates. Elections take place by ballot before or during the October meeting. If a vacancy occurs due to resignation or an unexpired term, the Board of Directors may appoint a qualified member in good standing to fill the position.
COMMITTEES
Members of the Board of Directors also serve on committees that support AECA’s mission, ensure compliance, and maintain strong industry relationships. Committees include:
